Review independent music

Help artists grow and earn credits for your time. Our review system is structured, fair, and rewards thoughtful feedback — not just streams or likes.

How it works

1. Get assigned a track

The server assigns you one eligible track at a time, based on campaign demand, your genre preferences, and fairness rules. You cannot pick specific tracks or reviewers.

2. Listen actively

Listen for at least 45 seconds (or a configured percentage of the track). The player tracks your active listening time. You can always skip — but skipping earns no credits.

3. Rate on four dimensions

Score the track on Songwriting, Production, Performance, and Originality using 1–10 sliders. Your ratings are subjective — the system never claims an objective quality score.

4. Write feedback (optional)

Add written feedback (5–1,500 words) to earn an additional reward. Feedback must meet effort and safety checks. It is private to the artist — never public by default.

Rating dimensions

Songwriting: Melody, composition, and structure.
Production: Recording, arrangement, mix, and technical presentation.
Performance: Vocal or instrumental delivery and expression.
Originality: Perceived distinctiveness within the listener's context.

Rules and fairness

You cannot review tracks by artists you manage. The system detects and blocks self-review and conflicts of interest.

One accepted review per track per profile. Queue assignment is server-authoritative and campaign-demand-aware — you cannot select individual tracks.

You earn credits for completed reviews, with an additional reward for qualifying written feedback. Credits can fund your own feedback campaigns.

Your reviewer identity is not shown to artists by default. Written feedback is private to authorized artist members. Public display requires explicit consent and moderation review.
