Past performers include Foo Fighters, Iron Maiden, Sting, Robert Plant, Maneskin, Sia, Gesaffelstein, Fatboy Slim, Alan Walker, and Noel Gallagher. The venue also hosts corporate events for brands like Samsung, Seat, and Sky, plus fashion shows during Milan Fashion Week.

The 2026 schedule includes J-Ax (October 10 and 11), Jack Savoretti (October 15), Willie Peyote (October 8), Le Vibrazioni, Rkomi with multiple dates, The Fray, Tori Kelly, and Aiello. Rkomi added a fifth date for his "A Milano Live 2026" residency. The venue's programming spans from Italian pop and hip-hop to international rock and electronic acts.
